Bell Custom 500 Carbon Riding Helmet is the high-end evolution of Bell’s iconic 3/4 design. A lightweight carbon composite (or full carbon, model dependent) shell is produced in five distinct shell sizes, allowing each head size to get a proportional, low-profile fit instead of an oversized “bubble” look. The interior features a quilted, contrast-stitched, plush liner with genuine stitched leather or suede trim that wraps the EPS liner, delivering both comfort and a classic custom aesthetic.

A padded chin strap with D-ring closure and strap keeper holds the helmet securely, while an integrated five-snap pattern around the brow accepts a wide range of shields and visors, from short peaks to full bubble or flat screens. This makes it easy to tailor the Custom 500 Carbon to different weather, riding styles, or personal tastes. The Trekker Conceal generally runs true to size, but riders with wider heads report going up half a size. Use our helmet size chart — measure your head circumference in cm and match it to the chart. If you're between sizes, size up. If it still doesn't fit, our 30-day returns mean no stress.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
