Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and included materials.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened chemicals/aerosols, undergarments, tires and tire/wheel kits, opened electronics, filled fuel/liquid containers, Camso track systems, and closeout items are not eligible for return.

What size should I order? Does this helmet run true to size?

The Trekker Conceal generally runs true to size, but riders with wider heads report going up half a size. Use our helmet size chart — measure your head circumference in cm and match it to the chart. If you're between sizes, size up. If it still doesn't fit, our 30-day returns mean no stress.

Will my goggles fit this helmet? Which brands are compatible?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
